Returns & Refund Policy - Island Luxury™ Coconut Water

Due to food safety and quality control standards, Island Luxury coconut water products are non-returnable once shipped.

As a consumable beverage, we cannot accept returns or restock any product that has left our fulfillment facility. This policy protects all customers by ensuring that no consumable items are reintroduced into inventory.

However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our product.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [support@email.com] and include:

• your order number

• a photo of the shipping box

• a photo of the product

Once verified, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Please note:

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• opened or consumed products

• taste preference

• improper storage after delivery

• shipping delays caused by the carrier

• orders reported after 5 days of delivery

We recommend refrigerating the product upon arrival for optimal freshness.
